| Responsibilities: | 1. Assemble, install, repair all wiring, electrical or electronic component, pipe system, plumbing, machinery or equipment assigned by superior. 2. Ensure that safety practices are followed. 3. Ensure the tasks assigned complete and timeliness. 4. Performance regular checks and maintain for all machine & equipment. 5. Ensure the emergency activities carried out properly. 6. Ensure the 5S activities carried out properly. 7. Establish and evaluate the preventive maintenance program. 8. Managing and improving machine or equipment performance, reliability & safety. 9. Maintain all equipment manuals, equipment warranties and tool inventories. 10. Provide advisory assistance in regard to equipment and facility needs and conditions. 11. Monitor and maintain the schedule for checklist of plant facilities equipment and component. 12. To ensure follow the fogging activities for MTD HQ, MTD 2 and hostels. 13. Oversee all external contractor/supplier work progress at factory to ensure the quality, timeliness and safety. 14. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 15. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 16. Maintain and responsible for 5¡¯s practices in workplace. 17. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time. |
